Worst place ever Nothing was fixed. The leak is still leaking. A pipe was added when a pipe was never necessary before. The leak continue to leak through the pipe. I specifically asked in my work order for there not to be a pipe placed there and there still was. Total disrespect and disregard. I am paying more in water than everyone who I know who owns a home. I’m paying more for water than my friend who own her home and rents another home on the same property, so literally paying more in water… than two households combined, not apartment but actual house holds. When I complain about the water bill I am told it’s because leaks are reported etc and when I report a leak it is not fixed! The water is simply led elsewhere. I paid $110 for water last month. For my 2 bed 2 bath apartments I work over 40 hrs a week and am barely home. How I spent so much water is beyond me. Read More

When issues have been reported, they have been courteous, respectful, and willing to investigate the problem. The maintenance staff has communicated with me regarding repairs and has made efforts to address concerns brought to their attention.

Junk Cars There has been an increase of junk cars that sit in the same spot for months! Parking isnt too bad but the as of late theres been spots held for weeks with no movement or a motorcycle taking up 2 spaces
