Jonathan -- in Maintenance is Excellent There was a high-pitched screeching sound that randomly would randomly go off for unknown amounts of time. It was startling and obnoxious. Jonathan was able to come to my home, entered the master bathroom and quickly diagnosed the issue. He did some expedient work which put an immediate stop to this alarming sound that had been keeping me awake for the previous week or so. Thank you to our superb maintenance crew at Astoria -- Jonathan - you are... terrific and I appreciate you.

excellent experience with the maintenance team We had an excellent experience with the maintenance team, especially Jonathan. He came to fix a leaking refrigerator and did an outstanding job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to carefully identify and resolve the problem. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Jonathan's positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to providing great service... really stood out. It's reassuring to know the apartment has such a reliable and responsible maintenance team. Thank you, Jonathan, for the excellent service!
