Beware of Coercion and Toxic Customer Service

Don't let your first interaction with the leasing office fool you. Park Regency is a shady company and their leasing office employees are so miserable and scared of their bosses that dealing with them becomes a miserable experience. It is palpable how miserable the leasing office is. They do not care about you, they only care that you don't make their jobs difficult. It is very much not a joy to deal with them.

They will coerce and force you to sign and do things that are optional, against your… will, and will not take no for an answer. If your answers are not satisfactory for them, they will force you to rewrite them so they don't get in trouble. They won't respect your wishes. Because their upper management demands it of them.

It's clear that the leasing office is a toxic work environment, and they pass that toxicity onto you when you deal with them.

Bubble in the floor Victor the maintenance guy came quickly. He assessed the floor, came back 10 minutes later and fixed my floor. He was nice, polite, and effective. No more bubble. Quick and great service.

Renting Staff are nice and helpful However I prefer to pay the rent at the office, not by apps. Paying by Apps expose us to danger by scammers. Since I moved here, I started getting many commercial abouts apps and finances, we do not known which is legitimate and which is not
