Love to live here

The manager Jasmine knows what she is doing and handles problems right away. Live in a studio with my husband and dog. Perfect size for us.

Segovia Apartments

New "manager" Danielle has no basic experience with customer service at all. Do not recommend. I have a 4 year old, this place is not the best home for anyone. Unsafe, gates don't work, bums break in to the empty units. Drug junkies walking around everywhere at all times. No one respect policies, could be because their office personnel is not very experienced in their job. They do not follow up, you have to be on top and keep documentation of what needs to be done. Maintenance is horrible... nothing ever gets done. Disguising place to live.

Segovia Apartments

Clean, big and well kept. Yard work is done as needed. I rate this apartment building as a 3 star. Management is in compliance with the housing. Daily trash pickup. Pools and laundry room is kept clean at all times. Maintenance repairs all damages when needed. The manager will take care any and all reasonable complaints.

Segovia Apartments

The apartment I currently live at is not the best place to live but also isn't the worst. We're located in the north side of Moreno valley California. Prime location for shopping and groceries. The location is ideal but apartment management could be more hands on in ensuring renters comfortability. There are many complaints about maintenance and other workings of the complex. We all know that our apartments should be a sanctuary in our daily lives and I believe the owners of this complex could... most definitely do more to ensure that for paying customers.
