Nice place to move
I would highly recommend this place—it is a wonderful and safe environment to live in, especially for families with children. The community is very secure, and the property offers convenient parking, including space for multiple cars in the driveway.
The apartment manager is a very kind and humble person who is always willing to guide and assist anyone interested in the property. The overall staff is welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better.
I would also like to specially... mention Hose one of the employees. He is extremely helpful, friendly, and dependable. In case of any emergency or maintenance request, he responds quickly and always does his best to help. His support truly makes a difference in living here.

my daughter and I absolutely love this place. surrounded by the beautiful trees and grass areas. the stunning water fixtures. to the diverse group of people that call monte vista home. we feel as if we get a piece of everything. Not to mention that downtown is only a skip and a jump away.

Monte Vista apartments is the best! The complex, with about 142 units, has plenty of mature plants and trees all around it. It is easy walking distance from Monterey Blvd., where all the restaurants and shops are located. The units are quite spacious, with plenty of closet space, and there is very little noise. It is a quiet community. The property management team is patient and kind and always goes the extra mile to help me with my requests. I am very happy living at Monte Vista!
