The Mediterranean style property and surrounding area attractive. The interior design finishes and layouts of the 1 bdrm offered to me makes other apartment communities less attractive... nice inside. However, the sound proofing, in my building anyway, top floor unit to bottom floor units poor... sounds heard, impact sounds, heavy walking, back and forth thumping like sounds a daily/nightly annoyance. Building structure seems to have no soundproof materials floor to floor. Embarrassing when... guests comment about when visiting... hard to recommend apartment lifestyle.

We have had a great experience moving into Vida at Morgan Hill. The front office staff have been very helpful, and have answered any questions regarding our new apartment. The community is kept clean and we’re enjoying ourselves in our new home.
