Barkley Square Apartments

I have been living  at this location for over a year and I rent a studio apartment which it's very difficult in the Bay area to find a place that's reasonable. The rent, even though they increased it, is still manageable, however the building has a very dusty and moldy smell and the previous management team has left and at one point there was a maintenance guy that told me it's the owner that is handling all of the business now. It's hard to get a hold of them when you send a message or leave a... voicemail communication they take forever to follow up. When I moved to the place there was a manager that was in charge of the building, super nice and helpful and alway professional. Now I don't know if the owner's kids that work here and it's horrible now to get anything done. Read More
