Rundown, poorly managed, worst in MV

No a/c, no dishwashers, laundry room with only 2 washers (maybe) for complex, (only 1) dumpster regularly over-full, noisy tenants, carports/ balconies/ patios full of garbage, dirty pool, no landscaping/ maintenance, too many vehicles overflowing onto street, no rules, eyesore
