Save yourself the headache and just choose somewhere else.
Thin walls, loud neighbors, cars constantly getting broken into, and terrible management are just some of the many reasons why you shouldn’t choose this place. It is not worth the “cheaper” rent and rent control. Trust me!

We were bullied, harassed, and stalked by our neighbor, and management did absolutely nothing to help us. Police were involved and even told us that we could file for a restraining order because of how bad the... harassment was. Yet, when we sent videos, emails, and talked to the property managers, they did nothing. They told us to move out if we don’t like it. We even requested if they could move us to a different apartment on property for the same rent price we were currently paying, and they said no. They wanted to charge us $600 more a month than what we were currently paying even though we didn’t do anything wrong. We never received a single complaint, kept the place clean and quiet, and always paid on time. Yet, management tried to lie to the police about us, despite having all of the evidence, just to get us out of the apartment so they charge more for our unit. So we decided it wasn’t worth all of the stress and moved out.

Also, the on-site managers say they have limited power, which I believe. However, they are the only ones who can contact upper management and they refuse to do so. I know what you might be thinking: great location, decent price. But don’t be fooled. Unless you’re okay with hearing everything, footsteps above, voices through the walls, this place is a hard no. It’s one of those apartments where you don’t realize how bad it is until you're exhausted and desperate to move out. Trust me, the hassle of relocating is nothing compared to the daily frustration of constant noise. Save yourself the stress.

Mgmt charges you fees to fix things that are way higher than normal. They dont quote rates in advance. Things break all the time
They used tactics to have us leave as we had a favorable rent due to covid and were under rent control.
I would not recommend this place

An older complex compared to all the new places being built in the area. Nice fitness room & great pool. Neighbors are friendly. Been here over 5 yrs so they must be doing something right!
