Roaches, No parking, Loud noises, Rude staff

Pretty bad place. Lived for a year here. Never again. Made an account here just for this. The staff is only nice till you sign the lease. We had roaches infestation issues and they sent some pest control dude but no avail. If you have two cars and you want to park your car after 5 pm, good luck with that. They say you can park on the streets but its literally always full. And now and again there would be super loud spanish music in the evenings etc.

Find another place.

The Arbors Mountain View

I have been living in this apartments for almost 3 months and the property has already increase the rent (more than 8%). The rent price is really crazy for this apartment. 2 months ago the property decided to rebuild the stairs and there is every day a lot of dust and noise. The works start at 8am and you can't stay at home or working at home during the day.
We wrote emails to the property in order to review the price (the stairs were actually in very bad conditions and it was necessary to... rebuild them), but except to the first one, they have not replied anymore.
