Caring Management Makes a Difference

I’ve had a really positive experience living here while rebuilding my life, and I’m grateful for that. The manager has been amazing, very attentive and responsive to work orders, which makes a big difference.
That said, the apartments are affordable but the property could definitely benefit from some upgrades and improved grounds maintenance. Overall, it’s been a good place to live, especially because of the supportive management.

Mandy is AWESOME!!!

My family and I have resided at Lakeridge Apartments for 15+ years and have never had any issues. The Manager Mandy is always very helpful and responsive.

Tenant Review :)

I’ve been at Lakeridge Apartments for over 8 years now and it’s been a great place to live. The complex is a little older, but they keep making steady improvements and updates, which I’ve noticed over the years. The location’s convenient—close to a lot of good stores, restaurants, and parks, plus there’s a nice dog park within walking distance. Overall, it’s reasonably priced and has been a solid place to call home. Mandy, the manager, is always on top of things. She’s professional, responsive,… and great about following up whenever something needs attention.
