Everyone has been nice and friendly. The property is beautiful. Amenities are a huge perk. It is super difficult finding parking in the later afternoon/evening if you have more than one car

Larissa and the Braydon team were all so very helpful during the leasing and move-in process. Even beyond move-in, Larissa checked in with me to see how I was settling into my new home. Aside from my downstairs neighbor being pretty rude on my move-in day, the Braydon Team has been exceptional. I feel really comfortable, safe, and relieved we found such a great new home and community after living abroad. Thank you Larissa and Team. We are so happy to be part of the community!

Love the sense of community a really good group of people live here. There are great amenities maintenance is on top of things overall great place to live.

Most things are good. Still waiting for all the swallow nests and bird poop to be washed away and removed now that the swallows are gone. We would really appreciate our porch being pressure washed because it is covered in bird poop. The door to the courtyard in 733 keeps having problems, and I think little fixes are working ok, but it is really hard to open now. No issues inside the apartment itself. Place was nicer without all the speedbumps, they are really annoying and there are too many of... them. Mailroom works MUCH better now with the luxor room app, thank you for changing that system. Pool and gym are clean and work work well. Any chance we can add a spot to wash our cars or have hose access? I know a survey asked about this at one point.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. We'll be sending out a schedule of dates next week when you can anticipate building exterior clean up from the swallow season.
We can surely look into adding an actual car wash station. We'll make... a point to look into this further. It's a great idea!

Feels like I'm living at a resort! Everything has been perfect so far. Well maintained, many amenities, super dog friendly. Everyone has been kind and helpful.
