A profound disappointment. The gap between the building's description and the actual experience is staggering. It fails on every basic requirement, but the real issue is the total lack of accountability from the team in charge. They seem entirely uninterested in resolving concerns. I have lived here since Altitude was built. I love the gym and the camaraderie that I get from other neighbors. This is a fantastic location, I’m only 7 minutes from work, walking distance to great food and downtown

Its been one month since I moved in and I am very happy! The whole staff here from top to bottom are fabulous! I love the amenities and the central location to the bus is awesome!

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a good experience for me. It’s located really close to transit (Caltrain), work and you can easily access the city or South Bay, even without a car. I’ve occasionally had maintenance troubles but the staff are overall nice and reasonable. The apartments themselves are a good size as well and are equipped with modern amenities.
