Centro Apartments
I have lived at Centro Apartments for about 6 months now and it has been a great experience. The management is on top of everything and have always been helpful in dealing with any issues. It truly has the loft downtown feel at a much more reasonable price and all appliances are brand new!!! To make matters even better the location is so central and is only 5 minutes from Downtown, 5 minutes from Chula Vista, and about 5 minutes from Coronado beach. All in all if you are looking for a loft and... don't want to pay the ridiculously overpriced downtown prices I would recommend centro apt. Also, there is underground parking and a pool for any BBQ's or get togheters you want to have. Another great thing is there is a brand new state of the art library located 1 minute walking distance, the police station is also about 1 minute walking distance and you have a few markets, a wal mart, about 3 minutes away.

Overall happy.
Friendly staff that works here. Nice apartment, newer looking building, newly renovated. Quiet building, other then the rent jumping back up and a suprising water bill after no bill for months, I would stay here again. The parking garage is nice as well.
