Do not rent here

Horrible experience. I've been renting since July of this year 2026 and it's constant headaches. I had a more detailed review bjt it was taken down on here as im sure they don't want a bad review. I would suggest finding somewhere else to rent as my ac has been at 88 degrees since Friday and the management team hasn't helped and even called in sick today coincidentally when the ac guy also had a no show to fix my ac. Ive tried reaching emergency hotlines that dont do anything and mainly have… been just getting automated messages. The ac leaked when I first moved in so bad it soaked the carpet in the room next to it. Never rent here I regret it.

Loft2015

The community is great! Slick, urban design. Location by Little Italy, Old Town, and minutes away from downtown. The modern architecture on this building is unmatched. Where else can you find Lofts like these in the city. Dog friendly community!

Perfect Location, Decent Size

First off, the actual location is unbeatable for the price of rent. However, the area around the building is not so great. It's sort of cut off from the neighborhoods around it (old town, mission hills, little italy) The units themselves are very modern and well built, with the exception of the lower level units which lack windows. The bedrooms do have doors rather then windows but lack door screens so good luck leaving the door open for more than 5 minutes without finding a spider or a lizard… inside the apartment afterwards. The noise from the neighbors upstairs is not so much a problem unless they stomp on the ground or stairs. The back area which is basically a shared backyard is great if you have dogs, not so much for hanging out or relaxing due to the loud train noise every couple of minutes. Oh yeah going back to the area, i forgot to mention the train tracks which run right behind the building. Parking is great since there is plenty of space and a parking space comes with each unit. also storage units are avaliable inside the garage. So overall if you are looking for a modern well sized apartment in a great location and look past the area and the lack of windows and train noise, this place is perfect for you.
