The courtyard and front yard are constantly filled with dog crap. the building is infested with cockroaches and termites. neighborhood isn't the safest to live in. The coda-sac is usually used by neighborhood kids to deal and do drugs.

Happened to stumble upon this quiet and charming building amidst the chaos that is apartment hunting in the Los Angeles area. This apartment complex is small and the owner/landlady lives on site. Maintenance and upkeep have never been a problem. The apartments are affordable and nice enough.

The negatives are few but important. It's not a great neighborhood. I've noticed quite a bit of tagging (gang graffiti) lately. That's why I'm on this website looking for a new home. Also, no dishwashers and I'm ready to not hand wash anymore.
