This apartment building has been an extremely disappointing and stressful place to live. The biggest issue is the management and staff, who are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Communication is nearly nonexistent—calls, emails, and maintenance requests are often ignored for long periods of time, if they’re answered at all. When management does respond, it’s usually with an attitude, excuses, or no real resolution.
The property itself is poorly maintained and often dirty.... Common areas are not kept clean, and maintenance issues are either delayed or completely ignored unless you repeatedly follow up. Despite paying high rent and numerous additional fees, the condition of the building does not reflect what residents are being charged for. You are charged extra for almost everything, yet basic services and upkeep are lacking.
Safety is also a serious concern. The building does not feel secure, and management does not seem to take safety-related issues seriously. Instead of addressing concerns, they minimize them or brush them off, leaving residents feeling unheard and uncomfortable in their own homes.
Management is very quick to threaten residents with lease terms, fees, or penalties, but they do not hold themselves to the same standards. They fail to fulfill their own obligations under the lease while expecting residents to strictly comply with every rule. This imbalance creates a hostile and stressful living environment.
What is especially unacceptable is the behavior of the staff toward residents. Employees openly speak rudely and inappropriately about residents to other residents, which is completely unprofessional. I have personally witnessed staff laughing or making dismissive comments about serious situations instead of treating them with the concern and respect they deserve.
Overall, it is clear that this building does not care about its residents—only about collecting money. If you’re considering living here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared to deal with poor management, lack of accountability, and constant frustration.
