My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. From the moment we scheduled a tour, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. We visited the property, fell in love with it, applied, and were approved in less than three days. Lisa walked us through all the documents we needed for the application and made everything move super quickly and smoothly.
She also connected us with a Spectrum liaison which made setting up cable and... utilities a breeze. Even after we moved in, the support continued and our recent maintenance request was taken care of right away. Lisa genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for residents. Everyone in the office is amazing. Laura, Lisa, Karen and the manager have all been so kind and professional. The property itself is always beautiful, clean and well kept. The events are always nice and appreciated. The maintenance crew is amazing, Gerson and Jonathan were recently in my unit of which only took them one hour to tend to my issue and they fixed it immediately. I have been a tenant for approximately 5 years and really appreciate everything and everyone here.

I've learned here for years, and recently transfered to another unit. The transition in itself was smooth, and painless. Plenty of amenities within the complex, and within the apartment units as well.

Stayed here for a year and it was a nonstop issue one way or another....

Whether it was the fire alarm going off (weekly by the way...get ready), break ins within peoples storage, overflowed trash spilling into the parking lot walk ways, something was ALWAYS going on at this place.

I looked at a bunch of places nearby and regret choosing this place. The staff is nice at first, but quick to blame issues on others.

We reported a leak above our bathroom for months and nothing got resolved,... leading to an orange ring around the tub. When it came time to move out they blamed it on us and said we never reported it........
