LACK OF PARKING - ONLY 1 SPOT PER 2-3 BEDROOM UNIT
PARKING --
If you want to rent a two- or three-bedroom unit, you are only allotted one parking spot. You can be placed on a waitlist for additional parking, and if a spot becomes available, it costs $100 per additional space, which applies to rooftop parking only. Despite having a parking garage, we were told by the leasing staff that the majority of parking spaces have been allocated to corporate housing, allowing corporate tenants to have more parking than standard residents. According to the... leasing team, the complex is currently only 40% occupied. There is also no street parking available. This feels like a significant issue—either parking is being sold to non-tenants, or capacity is being mismanaged. Unfortunately, this seems to be a growing trend among apartment complexes in Los Angeles.
SURROUNDING AREA
The surrounding area is not very walkable or pleasant, so I wouldn’t recommend walking a dog outside the complex. From several units facing the highway, there are visible homeless encampments.
OVERALL:
All that said, we truly fell in love with one specific unit—it was perfect for our needs and had views facing Dodger Stadium. The property itself appears very well maintained, and the amenities are beautiful. However, without a guaranteed parking solution, it’s not a risk we can take. For the price point—especially with an additional $100 per rooftop parking space while the building is only 40% occupied—something doesn’t quite add up.
The surrounding area of the complex is not nice at all, so I would not plan on walking your dog outside of the complex. Looking out several of the windows facing the highway, you will see several homeless encampments.

I just can't risk not having a guaranteed place to park. For the amount of money you are paying and then you have to pay for an additional $100 per parking spot that is for the roof top only and you're only at 40% capacity - something doesn't add up.
