The application process was challenging and frustrating. Sometimes it is necessary to talk to a live person to resolve any challenges in the process. The automated system could not help and the live staff were very difficult to get in touch with.

You should also have a system where you can send confidential documents as sending personal identifying information via regular email is risky and not standard practise with most businesses:

The standard for sending a driver’s license or Social… Security Number (SSN) via email is never to send them in plain text or as standard attachments. Standard email is inherently insecure and vulnerable to interception.If you must share this sensitive information digitally, you must follow strict security protocols.

Everyone at Heaven Del Mar is wonderful. They are willing to help even if it means going out of their way. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and efficiently repairs any problem.

I’ve been extremely happy with my stay at Haven Del Mar. I had a slight problem and Angelina was awesome. Attentive. Helpful. Patient. She always had a smile and a waive. I was impressed. Also, when needed something fixed, Julian fixed it the same day. I used to tell Julian how I didn’t understand how 1 guy can fix almost everything. Julian is a very nice guy. Ok, my text finger is getting tired. I’ll miss this place when I move out next week.
