Oak Apartments

I moved in about two years ago and I could not be happier! Amazingly kind-hearted property managers, wonderful neighbors, and gorgeous scenery. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and the experience has been nothing but pleasant.

I moved to Oak Apartments thinking it would be a spectacular place to live for a while in Novato and soon I regretted it. The apartments are poorly maintained and outdated, the grounds aren't looked after that well, and the amenities are very dirty. Crime is also a problem here at Oak Apartments as stuff "disappears" from your patio or if you keep it outside. I lost an umbrella after I placed it to dry outside for 10 minutes and some times when I do laundry, some of my clothes are stolen! Very... shady, dangerous, and poorly maintained. Oak Apartments are in an ideal location in the Old Town center of Novato, where everything seems close by. They may seem to have a great price, but they are not worth it. They are dirty, not well maintained, and outdated (built in the 70's) I have not appreciated the services at this complex either.
