Life at forma
Forma was one of the best places I lived in for the first 10 months I lived there and the last 5 I could not wait to move. I was sold when they told me residents are our priority. Well it was this way until the car stackers continued to have issues because people do not park their cars correctly and the machine malfunctions. They used to respond to calls and for the last 5 months they did not respond or even give a call back which is not how they handled these situations in the 10 months prior. ... I was disappointed in the change in how they handle these situations. Upon move out they tell you “ you can try to clean it yourself but we will still charge you for a cleaning fee” if this is the case they should be putting this in the lease. They charge you for painting as well and do not include it in normal wear and tear like many apartments do.
