Beautiful building, actually helpful management

The manager lives on-site, knows every resident by name, actually responds to maintenance requests, communicates building upkeep projects, and actively monitors the security of the building. I've been living here for a year now and absolutely love it. The built-ins are all original and so stunning! And my closets are huge. Perfect downtown but somehow quiet location, nice tenants, app-paid laundry, secure entry. In every way, it's the best building I've ever lived in.
