DO NOT MOVE HERE. When I moved in here, the apartment was disgusting and appeared to not have been cleaned in between tenants.

It is hard to get ahold of the staff at times, especially in the afternoon. This... complex is managed so poorly. If you move here, don't expect to get any of your security deposit back. They will find ways to keep all of it, even if you leave the unit in good condition. They even tried to charge me $50 for the gate key, even though I returned the gate remote and all of the keys. BEWARE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE!! PLEASE READ!!
I moved into this apartment on 5/29/2019. The apartment was filthy, I had to bring in a professional to clean the apartment. Later, I realized that the dryer was not working. Dishwasher was leaking, they claimed that they fixed it. A month later, the dishwasher leaked again when I was at work. I had to take that of the day off. A month later, Someone BROKE INTO MY HOUSE, stole my purse with my IDs, my credit cards, my car key, my cash,... and basically everything. The very next day, somebody broke into my car during day time. There is NO SECURITY in this place. Because all my cards have been stolen, I was not able to make a rent payment. Just after few days, they posted a notice on my door, stating that I have 3 days to pay rent or move out, and I will be sued if I move out. Ugh, love this place! Beautiful, peaceful & surrounded by some of the most amazing people! Residents and the staff. Amazing service! What else can I say. Feel really blessed to live here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you can afford it.

My boyfriend lived there for a year.The Gate is always broken.Someone has broken into several cars in the gated community 13 at that in one night.Ppl wait by the gate to rush in once it’s opened.Thats what makes it unsafe.He had a neighbor that constantly beats his wife inside n outside the apartment.Cops were always called on them.We left in July n still never received a security deposit back.We received a letter w no check.Called several times n never returns our call so I’m visit in person.At... this property looks are deceiving.It looks safe but definitely is not. Bad experience living here car got broken into 3 times roach /rat infested . Property scattered with duck fecies. Management horrible and maintenance takes nearly 2 weeks too be JUST checked
