The hills have been so far very nice and quiet to live in. Like I said the management and Jenna made my moving experience very smooth and easy. Moving is already stressful especially with my situation but this was the easiest move I ever had. Thank you again Jenna and management.

The Hills apartments have a convenient location, a good layout, and plenty of storage space. The grounds are green and there are two swimming pools and one working jacuzzi. However, there is no fence, and anyone can enter or drive onto the complex grounds.

My experience at the Hills has been great. The office is welcoming and happy to help. The apartments are up to date and spacious. The rent is competitive in pricing and is fair at the moment which is nice.

This place is terrible! Maintenance marks things “complete” without coming to look! Over priced. Things are breaking down. No sprinklers in the unit and people smoking inside apartments even after I’ve complained multiple times! There is no parking available besides marked and every apartment gets 1 spot. My husband and I have two cars but if you come home after 6 all extra spots are taken and you have to park in a neighborhood 1 mile away. On top of that there was extra laundry units that were... no longer in use and instead of adding parking they turned them into studios and took away 4 more guest parking and marked them for those units. Just overall terrible and especially for the price they are asking! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!
