Tenant(s) must have a minimum credit score of 675. No bankruptcy, unlawful detainers, or evictions on record allowed. 3 years minimum rental history & income history required.
The combined gross income of all applicants must be at least 2.8 times the monthly rent.
Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the unit.
Renter’s insurance is required which includes liability to landlord insurance naming both the landlord and the property management company. Tenant(s) will be charged $15 per month if they do not maintain renter’s insurance.
There is a non-refundable $50.00 application processing fee.
