    Its only gotten worse.

Ive been here 14 years, have had the the pleasure and displeasure of dealing with at least 5 different managers and so far this one is the worst.
What I definitely "loved" while being here
-will give you special rules in which you can have any noise coming from your house in the daytime
-will not get anything done regarding problems i.e. a dog that barks at night from an upstairs neighbor (No Pets though) thats been here for months
-not very good at all at property awareness, knowing whose
coming in and out, the people they bring, how tenants behave, have had beer cans, trash, condoms, trucks tire marks where its tore through and driven over the grass, quite pleasant
-allowing aggressive guests of tenants to confront and belittle actual tenants who live there, making fun of their disabilities, isnt that just nice?
-not wanting to hear your complaints (if you manage to get to the office the 3 or so hours its open) the door will be closed right on your face, happened just today
-management is very slow when it comes to fixing on site problems that could leave to preventable injury i.e. open holes in the ground where the lids are broken, perfect for stepping in , twisting and cutting up your ankle! Or perhaps you want a slip and fall in the laundry room, pull your groin and hurt your back, at the same time! only to find out management already knew a washer was broken and only after you come in, decide to put towels down to clean up and stop the water from draining
    - expect passive aggressive notes left on your door at the end of the day, rather than having an actual conversation or discussion about anything
-"fast internet" not a thing, at least not in the first building. Me as well as another family member who lives in a different apartment have paid for higher speed fast internet and constantly have problems. Both our separate internet providers have come out and told us how its the age of the building and theres nothing to be done unless the property manager would allow new cables to be put in
-allows those without handicapped placards or plates to park in handicapped spots and take them , making the ones that need it either park further down or use the managers spot, thats always empty. Cant use that though, you'll get towed, even with handicapped plates and a placard.

Only upside I can say is some neighbors are genuinely great, the management though, and their lack of professionalism is quite startling, its evident they have not done this before.
