Chez Palm Apartments

I have lived at this property for 5 years. In that time about 1/3 of it I did not have running water hot nor cold. It is currently under construction which has an estimated 4 weeks. It is now 12 weeks where they enter the apartment to break down walls at least 3 times a week. The front of the building has been dug up for the prior month. Inside the apartment is a thin plywood between units. The dry wall is not there. In the bathroom there has been a major mold problem. The pool is not kept clean... . It was a great starter apartment. My suggestion is that anyone wanting to rent here please do your research and homework first. Read More
