Condescending and Unprofessional Communication from Property Manager / Philippe
Interaction with Philippe was dismissive and unprofessional. After I asked standard pre-screening questions, he told me my application “would not look as good as the others” and advised me not to waste my time, while being vague about scheduling. He also responded condescendingly (“no you don’t”) when I said I understood his policies. Even when declining an applicant, clear, respectful communication is the baseline—this experience fell well below it.
