Crazy rent increase!!! Old facilities!!!

8.6%-10% rent increase!!! You come here, and after one year, you will be treated with a ridiculous rent increase. If you cannot afford the increase, the management wants you to move out. No respect is given to the existing tenants. The facilities are really outdated and worn out. Some of them are unsafe. No merits can be expected from the crazy rent increase. Again, 8.6%-10% rent increase!!! Be careful!!!

be aware of extra fees

Residents need to pay $50 for a storage and $50 for a second parking space.
