Don’t live here unless you don’t care about hours of constant banging noise, everyday. If you have kids that need to run and jump, please don’t live either just to be respectful to others.

The location is good and the renovation seems new. The price is cheap comparing to adjacent properties so we decided to move in. However, now we know there’s never such good deal. Our neighbor has two boys who run and jump all the time (from 7:30am till they go to school, then from 6pm to 10:30pm when they... get back). Whenever they run or jump there will be loud banging noise in our apartment probably due to the old structure and poor flooring of the property. Imagine someone playing drums next to you non-stop for 3-4 hours, everyday - it’s driving me crazy.

We talked to our neighbor three times and they basically said they cannot control their kids, nor are they willing to put carpets on the floor because they said it’s too much carpet to be put down. We talked to the property manager and she said she would talk to them. Let’s see how that goes.

Bottom line is, I do not recommend anyone to move in here. The property is too old so you’ll be super vulnerable to your neighbors’ activities, but you just don’t know what kind of neighbor you’ll get. Read More
