A vacation including a room with a view, park-like setting, beautifully appointed clubhouse, pool, exercize room and doggie salon. Also featured is an outdoor "livingroom" with dining tables, conversation areas and fountain - plus a modern BBQ set up beneath a shade cabana. Nearby - just steps away - you'll love the local amenities including a beautiful walking path through open... space and lovely neighborhoods, tennis courts, ball park, several restaurants, coffee shop, nail salon and grocery store. Just minutes away - is downtown Petaluma with its world famous restaurants, antique shops and seasonal entertainment including the "American Graffiti Car Show." Day-cations nearby include the quaint towns of Sonoma, Napa, Healdsburg - plus - Wine Country, several beaches, Armstrong Woods, Russian River, Mount Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Sears Raceway and San Francisco.

Capri creek is very peaceful and safe for families it also has wonderful neighbors our kids are very happy here.
The office personnel are very friendly and very professional and not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable about the job areas.

I have lived at Capri Creek Apt since 2022. Me and my family love it here, we loved it so much that we just renewed our lease for another year. The amenities are great, the neighbors are wonderful, and the new management team responds in a timely manner with requests or issues (though few) we may have. Thank you Capri Creek Apartment for making our home feel safe and appropriated as your tenants.
