Love our community, and the grounds are kept up nicely. Everyone in the office is polite and helpful. The maintenance staff is courteous and timely. Most of the neighbors are cordial and respectful.

Close to a good walking path along the creek. Great pool / hot tub area. Close to so much being in the middle of Rohnert park. They have lots of fun events, like karaoke and taco truck party.

I’m very satisfied with my experience living at Crossbrook Apartments. One of the best parts about living here is the friendly and responsive office team. The leasing staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel right at home from day one. They answer questions patiently and assist with move-in details, community events, and general concerns in a warm, personal way. Many residents also highlight that management is approachable and communicative, making it easy to get support or... clarification whenever needed. When maintenance requests arise, the team coordinates efficiently with maintenance staff to ensure everything is handled promptly — creating a supportive and comfortable living experience. The location is fantastic everything you need is just minutes away, including shopping, restaurants, highways, and the SMART train station.
