I’ve really enjoyed living at Crossbrook Apartments. The units are clean, modern, and well-renovated with stylish kitchens and plenty of natural light. The community is quiet and friendly, and the amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym make daily life more enjoyable. The location is convenient with easy access to shops and the highway. Management and maintenance are professional and responsive. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.”

The application process was laborious, but not atypical for the rental experience, these days. I appreciated the move-in gifts and the immediate response from the maintenance team, to fix urgently needed plumbing related repairs.

I love it here at Cross Brook the community I find is wonderful and I love the grounds. I like the location being close to the train station and shopping centers makes it easy to run my errands and get transportation if I am in need of some outside of my own vehicle. I also really like the BBQ'S and the pool and hot tub.

A peaceful, scenic community with excellent access to shops, jogging and biking trails, the SMART train (just a 10-minute walk), and Highway 101. The complex offers great amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, playground, BBQ areas, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Units often feature a balcony or patio, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, in-home washer/dryer, and sometimes vaulted ceilings. Dedicated parking, pet-friendly policies, and 24-hour emergency... maintenance add to the convenience.

The complex is beautiful, everything about it is welcoming and relaxing. The amenities are amazing, I feel as if I was on vacation when I go down to the gym and end the day in the pool and spa. Great place to live.
