I’m very satisfied with my experience living at Crossbrook Apartments. One of the best parts
about living here is the friendly and responsive office team. The leasing staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel right at home from day one. They answer questions patiently and assist with move-in details, community events, and general concerns in a warm, personal way.
Many residents also highlight that management is approachable and communicative, making it easy to get support or... clarification whenever needed. When maintenance requests arise, the team coordinates efficiently with maintenance staff to ensure everything is handled promptly — creating a supportive and comfortable living experience.
The location is fantastic everything you need is just minutes away, including shopping, restaurants, highways, and the SMART train station.
Overall, the Crossbrook office staff help create a welcoming community atmosphere that feels more like home than just an apartment.

Crossbrook staff has improved, connecting with residents, keeping us updated, improving maintenance upkeep in all areas what we can’t see as and what we cannot see such as electrical and plumbing.

Hope the suggestion is positively accepted. When painting walls, and given them uplift I believe it to be better to get rid of the old pint first, before a new fresh coat
