Unprofessional Property Manager
Despite on going issues, the apartment manager Pam does not care or take current resident concerns seriously. She is new and we have had bad experiences with her as far as billing and lack of communication.
We have had to go into the office just to get responses that are argumentative, unprofessional and rude.
It’s been weeks and she has not resolved the issue with a leak in the roof in the fitness center. It’s 90 + degrees in there. Her solution is to argue and tell me to find the maintenance... supervisor and close the fitness center for one day despite showing it off to potential renters.
I’m not being paid or hired to find solutions and do her job.
She does not communicate with residents, is rude and does not fix ongoing issues.
