No complaints. West Village Poway is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is excellent, office staff are superior to anywhere else I've lived, it's a little pricey but well worth the peace of mind that the buildings and apartments are very secure.
There are monthly residents events and the amenities are top notch. I love this place.

2 days in and I love it here! Clean, quiet, modern and beautiful. I rented an end unit studio with the little bonus room and an extra window in the main area and the bathroom. Makes up for not having a patio.

Overall we love this community. All of the staff and management are great and easy to work with. They keep the place very nice and clean which is important as more tenants come. The only thing I think needs improvement is the pet park is fake grass and it smells horrendous, I refuse to use or go near it because the stench is horrid I think it should be real grass so that way the stink doesn't stay because essentially fake grass is like carpet and just absorbing all the urine. Hopefully the new… let park will also be real grass. Other than that it's been great and we renewed our lease here.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the pet park. We understand how important it is for this space to be clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all residents and pets. Odor issues with artificial turf can definitely be frustrating, and your comments help us better understand how it’s impacting your experience. We’re currently pressure washing the park several times a week and your suggestion about real grass is being taken into consideration as we evaluate future updates, including the new pet park design.
