The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having problems with the new app and they helped and made sure it worked for me. And I love that they let me use their flatbed for my move. Thanks!

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, but the move-in process was confusing. The checklist was too wordy, utility setup instructions unclear, and the first payment breakdown took multiple emails to figure out. Parking and app setup info came too late (the day of move-in), and movers had trouble with unclear parking and closing gates. Within 72 hours I also had a dishwasher issue and flood—but maintenance responded quickly and the complex provided temporary housing, which I... appreciated. Staff is great, but move-in communication and logistics need improvement. Complex and amenities are very nice!
