Bowen Apartments

I have been living here for 9 months now. Last month someone stole my trash bin. I placed a work order to get it replaced. I placed a note to leave the new bin in front of my door and did not get permission to come in. I went to the leasing office and was able to get myself a replacement. However, there was nothing they can do to investigate how to find it. Coincidentally, I find out, someone has stolen brand new MAUI JIMs sunglasses that was still in the box. These were inside my room. ... Someone with access to my apartment was able to snag it. I no longer feel safe living here and I have to set up a camera in front of my door because of these recent events. Leasing office was very unorganized and I felt like I was being given the run around. Things changed 100 times before I even remotely signed a lease. Then the wrong person was added onto the lease completely and never met them.

Nice apartment and area overall. The gym is well stocked, and working with the leasing team has been a positive experience. There is plenty of parking, but the garage does feel a bit tight to maneuver in some places.

End up moving out after 6 months! They are a bunch of thieves. A package was accidentally sent there and they refused to give it to me!

I’ve been living at Bowen Apartments for a while now, and while there are some positives, the noise situation has made my experience very frustrating. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is insane — it constantly sounds like stomping, not just during the day but all through the night, even between 2:00–4:00 AM. I’ve reported this multiple times through emails... , calls, and official noise complaints, but the only response I’ve received from the office is, “It’s apartment living.” That kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially when it impacts your ability to sleep or relax in your own home.

On top of that, the utility bills are extremely high for the quality of living. The walls are thin, and the overall build quality doesn’t match the price point.

To be fair, the amenities and aesthetics are nice, the appliances are modern, and both the bathroom and bedroom are spacious. The customer service started off great, but once the noise issues began, there’s been zero follow-up or accountability from management.

If you’re someone who values peace, quiet, and fair living costs, I’d strongly reconsider before moving here. Read More

new resident and loving the amenities and simplicity of the access points using the door app. The fitness studio has nearly all the equipment necessary to get a nice workout in. Apartment complex nice and clean.
