Bevel Apartments

Amazing Place! We chose this place for its location, but I have to say we were delighted by the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere! Definitely a great choice.

Tough with someone smoking cigarettes in an apartment nearby, but other than that, it has been a good experience for the last two years. The smell is really causing me headache I know there was not much leasing office as could do. It was nice that they offered to break my lease early.

Lease signing was a little confusing at first because all phone calls or emails are answered by an AI, but once you get through to a real person all my questions were answered promptly.
Move in was simple as there are elevators and lots of side door access. Our couch was the only thing that didn’t fit in the elevator but the parking garage is ramped so the movers rolled it up the ramp.
The unit itself is modern and spacious but the bathrooms have a lot of wasted space. We also have a storage… locker on site which is unbelievably convenient.
The parking garage is spacious with five levels, I don’t feel like I’m fighting for parking.
The amenities: 2 pools, gas grills, back yards games, a community party room, a work room with alcoves and some meeting rooms are all well built and cared for. There is a two story gym with most of what you would want and is 24HR.
The building is clean and well maintained. All staff interactions have been positive.

I’ve loved living at Bevel Apartments! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The community feels safe, clean, and well maintained. The amenities are great, and I especially enjoy the courtyards. I would definitely recommend Bevel to anyone looking for a great place to live!
