Wonderful place to rent!
I recently moved out of these apartments. I was pleased by my 6 year stay; the management was excellent and friendly. Thank you so much Blairmore Apartments! :)

Great place to live!
Great location! Great staff, managers and maintenance. Sorry I had to move from here. I had to relocate in Carmichael, but we have been very happy living at Blairmore.

wish it was like before
this used to be a really nice place to come home to but has gone down hill fast since the new management company Dick James and associates took over. the office staff is very rude and each one will give you a different answer to something. they have fallen way behind on maintenance and there have been several criminal issues recently. I have lived here for three years and had no issue but only three months after the new management company took over I am ready to leave.

Not too bad
the apartment it's self is fine. the appliances are really outdated. I have lived here sense 2013. people are our side late at night and play loud music. we need some kind of security people have stole off my porch and broken into my car. barley ever an open parking space. recently changed management to dick James and associates. I don't know why they did that the old management was great handled things in a timely manner. the new management doesn't speak English and doesnt seem like they know... what they are doing. when I moved in my rent was $840. they raise rent to the market price every year, now I'm paying almost $1150. after only 2 years.
