A very nice, clean place to live. Friendly family environment. Manager Vicky is professional, thorough, always willing to assist as needed. Happy to be your new neighbors, come join us!

Nice community

Nice upgraded units that even come with a microwave. Grounds are kept well maintained. Seems quiet and comes with a 1 car detached garage. It was a little smaller than I wanted. Cute smaller complex

Very nice!

These apartments are very nicely maintained and clean. I toured the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Rhonda, in the management office, was very helpful and courteous. A little out of my price range at this time, but will definitely come back and consider again in the future.

Very nice community! Great management, newly painted and seemed walls, lots of green grass for the kids to play in, very clean and very quiet. Great overall!

Perfect home!

Do you ever get excited when you find something perfect and just want to tell everyone? My son currently goes to Alta Loma Elementary and we need to be moving next year. The Lomita Court is a perfect place for my family. Quiet complex! My kids love riding their bikes on the Pacific Electric Trail and it's so close. And my husband likes the detached garage. Not alot places out here has a detached garage so that is another plus. Thank you Rhonda for taking the time to hear me out. I appreciate you… making me feel comfortable and answering all my questions. Hopefully we'll be making a decision within the next few months.
