GREAT APARTMENTS!!

As a student at Cal Poly I was so excited about getting into my first apartment. The location is convenient and there is so many things to do in the area. The apartment itself is amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. The management staff was so helpful and calmed all my nerves about being on my own for the first time. Highly recommend!!

NOT WORTH IT

ive lived here going on 3 yrs and it has gone completly down hill like the previous review said. There are homeless people constantly here. Mailboxes get broken into constantly.on mondays no one ever answers the phone when you call the office. cars get broken into, where is the security guard? For the most part it is quite, as far as the people who actually live here. Maintanince is awesome- no complaints there. The amount of rent they charge for this old building is insane. You can move to the… IE and get something nicer and more up to date. Not happy here at all.

Don't Move In

Regardless of how it looks, this place has slowly gone downhill. The culmination of this has been when new management took over. We went from being a pretty secure complex to seeing homeless people by the laundromat and people breaking in to our mailboxes. Now we need to drive 15 minutes just to pick up our mail. The manager always seems annoyed when you call. Really went downhill, don't be sucked in by the new "Move in Specials" which they never needed with the previous management.
