I absolutely love living at Avila Apartments. The open floor plan is beautiful, the pool area looks like an resortand I especially love the Roman tubs—they’re such a nice touch.

I did have a few issues at first with appliances and screens, but Lorenzo and his maintenance team handled everything quickly. They were kind, considerate, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I have no complaints at all about maintenance.

I also want to say how wonderful the office staff has been. Mario,...
JoJo Paola, Raquel and Sandra have all been so kind and helpful. I had some personal issues, and they really bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure everything was taken care of.

I’m very happy here and grateful for how well I’ve been treated. Highly recommend Avila Apartments!

I have only been here for eight months, and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am as a resident of Avila, it's really like being in the tropics....The beautiful pool, the palm trees ,the aroma of the flowers at night etc. The upkeep of the grounds is great !!!!
