This is the second time i have lived here. there is a reason why i am back. i love it here! the staff is dope and the location is perfect! you wont be disappointed living here!

I absolutely love living at Avila Apartments. The open floor plan is beautiful, the pool area looks like an resortand I especially love the Roman tubs—they’re such a nice touch.
I did have a few issues at first with appliances and screens, but Lorenzo and his maintenance team handled everything quickly. They were kind, considerate, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I have no complaints at all about maintenance.
I also want to say how wonderful the office staff has been. Mario,... JoJo Paola, Raquel and Sandra have all been so kind and helpful. I had some personal issues, and they really bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure everything was taken care of.
I’m very happy here and grateful for how well I’ve been treated. Highly recommend Avila Apartments!
