At Circa LA, cell phone reception is poor, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and right after moving in, the air conditioning was broken. Hot water takes more than five minutes to come out, the hallways often reek of garbage, and there are leaks from the ceiling. These are far too many inconveniences. Especially for such a high-priced apartment, having these kinds of issues is a very bad experience. These problems need to be addressed and improved.
