Pebblebrook Apartments

I love this three bedroom, two bath unit with its charming chimney and quartz countertops. It has washer and dryer hookups and a dedicated laundry space. The peaceful, well-maintained community is managed by Edgar, who’s always attentive. It’s close to downtown Redlands, nightlife, and Trader Joe’s, and I can easily walk to the University of Redlands.

I've been living here for a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. I absolutely love the modern look of the place, the studio lights, balcony, and spacious patios. The walk-in closets are a great bonus too. Overall, it's been a great year here!

Now, let's chat about a few things that could use some improvement. The manager is a really nice person, always polite and friendly. However, they aren't always around, and sometimes forget to pass on maintenance requests. So, if you need... something fixed, I recommend speaking directly to the maintenance team.

Also, just a heads up - there's a mini split ac in the living room, so you might want to consider getting an ac unit for the bedroom too, especially when summer rolls around. The neighborhood is pretty decent, but if you have a dog, just be cautious around other dogs in the complex. Some of them aren't very well trained and can be a bit aggressive towards your furry friend.

Been here for 2 months now and I’ve yet to have anything fixed, dog crap everywhere outside and I don’t have any pets, and I keep being told things will be fixed but hasn’t with NO follow up. It’s VERY unprofessional, and a inconvenience. I can guarantee if things had to be fixed BEFORE paying rent it would. I’ve been here for the past couple months and have unfortunately had multiple issues with my apartment that have still not gotten fixed. Management says they will send people and never does. You are constantly having to bug them in order to get a response which is unprofessional of them. Apartment is not like the pictures. Still old cabinets just painted white and no light up mirror.
