    The Place was Heaven UNTIL

    First moved in a quite place opposite the New York st. Place was serene and neighbors were quite young professionals. A month ago, upstairs new tenant came and made a little piece of heaven like a living hell. That neighbor has visitors and guests everyday. I am not sure what kind of business they have. The walls were already thin given its built in 1986, screeching, loud, thumping noise in any given day and even after 9 pm. Not respectful of other tenants at all. Smoking weed as well. Can smell… every night. So sad that they will be the reason for us considering moving out
