This apartment is great. The location is perfect, less than a five minute walk to the beach and Redondo Beach Pier, with all kinds of restaurants and shops. Its in a very safe neighborhood, and it is only a short drive away from the cute little Riviera Village with a bunch of shops, restaurants, and well-known stores such as Trader Joe's and Starbucks, as well as all the things available on PCH. The city immediately around the apartment is very pedestrian and bike-friendly, and you're not too... far from the bigger parts of Los Angeles. The landlord, Ryan, is great and lives on site. The apartment building looks a little older compared to the surrounding properties from the outside, but the interior is updated and really nice. For the price, it's unbeatable to be across the street from the beach. My favorite things include the granite counter tops, updated appliances, and updated bathroom. You will not find a better modern apartment at this price so close to the beach. You also get a spot in the garage on the bottom floor where there is extra storage for your belongings and... room to store a bike that is perfect to ride by the pier and to the trail that leads you to all the South Bay beaches.
