My experience moving into The Vue 3600 has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, Gina made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. She communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

One of the things that truly stood out was the warm welcome I received. Gina greeted me with thoughtful housewarming gifts, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It made me feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and valued... as a new resident. Those small details made a big impact and showed the level of care and hospitality she provides.

I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I have received and hope that every resident gets the opportunity to experience the same kindness, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere that Gina has created. Thank you for making my move-in experience such a positive one! ??

I used to be very happy with living here but not so much anymore. They don't want to repair things after living here for over 15 years. It's all about money, not the residents that live there.

When I try to write a review, it claims it’s spam and won’t post. Management is rarely on the property and no one ever answers the phone in the office. Any service request takes up to 2 weeks to be completed (if you are lucky) many residents with aggressive dogs, dog poop everywhere, things just really went down hill with this management company

As a man of faith. I’m taught to speak the truth, even when it’s against one’s self. So the truth is. There has been an improvement in the trash hauling area. The outrageously high monthly bill has went down some from what I’ve seen. I almost thought it was a misprint LOL!!! So if this is a positive trend, thank you. Peace and blessings
