Office staff, Lindsay in particular is rude and condescending towards tenants needs or issues. Maintenance as well. Freddie and James were very good but are now gone. Couldn’t understand why?Then Johann was made the manager of maintenance. Wow! What is wrong here.

Beware

I am very disappointed with the management's handling of our deposit. After living in the apartment for only one year and leaving it in perfect condition, we were charged additional $550 for their decision to repaint the walls to a different color (gray). Before moving out, we asked if there was anything else we needed to do to ensure we’d receive our deposit, and they assured us everything was fine. Be aware—this management seems unlikely to return your deposit fairly.

You... were given a standard wear and tear allowance for the months you lived here and were sent invoices to support these charges, but please let us know if you would like to review them again. We chose Montessa at Whitney Ranch for the location, and have been very pleased with our choice. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely view and we have a garage, there is plenty of parking as well. The grounds are well kept, with a beautiful walkway around the property, perfect for walking our dog.
Applying was simple, and Tawni was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with. We are so happy to call Montessa home.
