No Pool and No Tennis Court

I have been here for nearly a year. When we moved in October 2023, there was a perfectly good functioning pool and hot tub. The tennis court was chained up and in a sad state, still can't use it and no one has touched it. Then in November they demolished the pool and hot tub. It is now near the end of July and still no pool or hot tub, or tennis court. They really should not advertise these things if they are in disrepair with no word on when they will be available to tenants. I'm having doubts... about renewing my lease that will be up shortly.
