Happiest Place to Leave

There is a cockroach problem. Staff takes good/close parking places that should be for residents. They are not friendly or helpful. The apartments are old and falling apart. There is dog poop everywhere so the grounds are not great. The location is conveniently near the freeway.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE

This place is terrible. It is bug infested, especially huge cockroaches!! The units are outdated and falling apart. There is sever mold problems. Now the management...THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!. They are very rude and unprofessional. They do not respond to tenant calls. They do not take maintenance issues a propriety. If you choose to live here good luck.

Worst place I’ve ever lived

Management is GOD AWFUL. Unhelpful, rude, awful. Words don’t express. This place is very old every issue is painted over and never fixed. Gross, awful, do not live here. You get what you pay for. Have absolutely no idea how this place is getting away with charging 2+ grand a month. Don’t do it.

Horrible Apartments and management

This place is roach infested. They come spray at request, but they may or may not even stop by. They won't even notify you they weren't able to spray or reschedule it. The only way you find out is by seeing more and more roaches in your home. This place is so old they don't even bother replacing trashed weather strips on your door. There were several things that needed to be repaired and they never came to repair them. They keep painting over everything so the doors get stuck. The floors in the… townhouses feel like they'll give out any moment. Management will stop replying to emails about concerns. If you have no other living option, get a cat so they can help keep the roach count low.

Don't move here

I have only recently moved to this complex despite having read some bad reviews and having had second thoughts but there was no time to find another place, and boy should I have listened to my gut. So far we've had multiple maintenance requests postponed for unknown reasons and upon moving in were infested with cockroaches. They told us bug guys would come out on a Friday and they didn't come till the following Tuesday. They've finally sprayed but whoever they hired sucks because I'm still… killing 6-12 every day. I would look for somewhere else to live if that opportunity presents itself.
