I lived here for 12 years and honestly it’s great complex. It’s very quiet. The landscaping is beautiful with creeks running throughout the complex. The top floors have high vaulted ceilings in the living room that make it feel large. The management is fantastic and the Maintance is top notch. They are extremely responsive to requests you won’t be waiting long. It’s located in a great stop right off 1-80 but you don’t hear the freeway noise. A large area of grass in the front to take you.…

I have lived at Somersett Hills for over nine years. It was to be a transition home post-divorce to a more permanent residence, but the conditions here made it easy to extend my lease for several years. I like that the complex is smaller and quiet. The residents are friendly and respectful of others. Many of them have also lived here for several years, which I believe is a testament to how well the complex is managed. The grounds are well maintained and issues are promptly addressed and… resolved as soon as possible.

This is the absolute best apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. It’s clean, quiet and has beautiful scenery all throughout. Management and maintenance deserve 10 stars. They really take care of the residents and the property. I’ll be moving soon to accommodate my growing family but it’s been a pleasure living here for 5 years.

I have lived here for 7 months and absolutely love it! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My home is roomy and comfortable. My neighbors are nice and friendly.
